Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with SI ART AVENUE Inc. We want you to love our artwork. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return and refund process works.
1) Return Period
You can request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
The time frame is based on the carrier tracking information or delivery confirmation.
2) Return Shipping Costs
For returns not caused by our error or a product defect, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping and replacement costs.
3) Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
The artwork and packaging must be in like-new condition: no signs of use, stains, odors, scratches, or deformation.
Original packaging (box, corner protectors, plastic wrap) and all included accessories (mounting hardware, certificates, etc.) must be returned.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.
Important: Our canvas prints are delicate and must be protected during return shipping. Please reuse the original packaging whenever possible. Returns damaged due to improper packaging may be refused or refunded partially.
4) Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., prints made from your own photo, custom sizes, personalized text or colors)
Gift cards
Digital downloads/files
Items marked as Final Sale (clearly stated on the product page)
5) How to Return Your Order
Submit a return request by emailing info@siartavenue.com with the subject “Return Request #____”. Include photos of the item and packaging.
Wait for instructions: We’ll send you the return address and RMA number. Do not ship without an RMA.
Pack your item securely (preferably in the original packaging). Include a note with your order number and RMA.
Ship your package via a tracked carrier at your expense (unless the return is due to our error). Keep the receipt and tracking number.
Quality check: Once we receive your return, it will be inspected within 3 business days.
Refund: If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank/payment provider (typically 3–10 business days after approval).
6) Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it per the policy above and place a new order.
If the exchange is due to a defect or our mistake, we cover all shipping costs.
7) Partial Refunds
We may issue a partial refund or deny the return if:
The item shows signs of wear, use, or damage.
Accessories or components are missing.
Damage occurred during the return shipment due to poor packaging.
8) Shipping Fees
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake or a verified defect.
9) Damaged During Delivery
If your package arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
10) Order Cancellations
Standard orders can be canceled before shipment.
Custom/personalized orders can be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation is not possible.
11) International Returns
Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
When returning, please mark the shipment as “Returned goods” to avoid additional customs fees. The sender is responsible for accurate customs declarations.
12) Legal Notice
This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights under applicable laws.
For EU customers: under the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases, exceptions apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 3 business days), your refund is processed. Your bank or payment provider usually completes the transaction within 3–10 business days.
Can I return a canvas without the box?
Yes, but we highly recommend using the original packaging. If not available, use equivalent protective materials. We are not responsible for damage caused by insufficient packaging.
I received the wrong size or artwork.
Please contact us within 7 days with photos — we’ll send the correct item at no cost or offer a full refund.
My custom print doesn’t match the colors on screen.
Due to monitor and color calibration differences, slight variations are possible. Custom prints can only be returned if a verified manufacturing defect is present.
